Time to get fit… I know, I know sweeties that it is Sunday and you are all about to laze around! But I’ll try to motivate you with my very sporty post today 😉

As I’ve already told you in one of my previous posts I will reveal you some news concerning my latest travel to Munich. And it is the high time to do it. I was kindly invited by ZUMBA to take part in their Zumba® Step Afternoon Session with Jennifer Hildebrand, who is an absolute Zumba Expert in Germany! She is such a bombshell and threw a great party! Check her out on Instagram @jenniferhildebrandzes!

It would be a kind of chalenge for me – that was my first thought… I am not that unathletic at all, but I am still not a superjock to keep up I thought.

But in reality it was so much fun I even don’t know why but when you start you just keep going without mentioning time. It even didn’t feel like doing sports but like having party accompanied by great tunes…

Founded in 2001, the ZUMBA company is the largest branded fitness program in the world – reporting more than 15 million weekly participants, in over 200,000 locations across more than 180 countries.

But what is really ZUMBA® STEP?!

“ZUMBA® spices up the fitness scene with brand new, easy-to-follow program ‘ZUMBA® STEP’ ~Intense Lower-Body Workout that Sculpts Glutes, Legs and Thighs~ 2014 – MIAMI – Global fitness leader Zumba® has completely revolutionized the way to use a step in a group fitness class with the launch of “Zumba® Step.” Zumba Step elevates the fitness-party with a gravity-defying blend of Zumba flavor, step aerobic variations and fitness movements set to infectious global beats. With a following of 15 million in more than 180 countries, Zumba fans and newbies can expect to feel the burn in targeted areas like glutes and legs for a lower-body sculpting workout that is easy-to-follow and yields amazing results. “Zumba Step combines the fun and energy of Zumba’s upbeat rhythms with heart-pumping aerobic step exercises that will escalate your cardiovascular workout,” said Joy Prouty, director of education for Zumba. “Our newest program is designed to give participants freedom to dance and maneuver, while focusing on specific muscle groups like glutes, legs and thighs for a workout that really sculpts your body. But like all Zumba programs, Zumba Step is going to be more than a physical workout—it’s still going to transform your emotions and make you smile.” Zumba® Step offers a balance of traditional fitness (30 percent), dance (40 percent) and step aerobic moves (30 percent) to encourage participants to use more energy to lift their body weight against gravity, while keeping the moves easy-to-follow. In addition to a significant interval workout, Zumba Step strengthens muscles—specifically the lower body—while also aiding balance and coordination. And as an additional benefit to fitness centers around the globe, triangulated choreography has been designed to work with steps of any size, enabling gyms to offer the program with already-existing equipment. “I’ve seen steps stacked in the corner collecting dust in gyms all over the world, and we’re now going to put them to use like never before,” said Alberto Perlman, CEO and co-founder of Zumba. “With Zumba Step, we’ve revolutionized an exercise classic that truly helped shape the fitness industry. With our own Zumba spin, we’ve made the program incredibly effective, especially on the lower-body, and easy-to-follow so you’ll see results while enjoying the workout — it’s truly fitness without sacrifice.”*

Except of ZUMBA® Step there is a really huge variety of ZUMBA® programs to attend.

So enjoy the shots and check out more here

PS stay tuned for a new project comming tomorrow on Skinnycature! <3
