As we ventured through Italy, our next stop was beautiful and majestic Florence. Not taking in account a bit terrifying drive (and if you guys have ever driven the autostrade before, you know what I mean!) this was absolutely unforgettable experience. We were super lucky with the weather – it was hot but not that unbearable it can get in Italy in summer. Before exploring in detail we took a sights bus to get the main overview of this city. I worried a bit about Jarvis being outside in his “fur coat” all day long but all the buses had air-conditioning and he used to during a lot while our stops. So my worries just melted away quickly.
Florence appeared to be the most charming, rich on history and colorful cities we visited on our trip. It’s as though time hasn’t touched amazing architectural monuments.
I can’t even tell you how much food we ate during our stay there – the best gelato and cakes!
Walking the streets of Florence made me think I am in an old film about Medici, soooo impressive.
Hope you enjoy the shots! Wish you all a perfect summer weekend and speak soon!
